I was wondering if you guys consider hamburger helper good or bad for a bulk.

I usualy make it with more ground beef then required.
A batch usualy lasts for a lots of reheated goodness afterwords.
Any thoughts?

Does it fit into your daily calorie/macro needs? If so I wouldn't say they are bad, but there is cleaner food to eat. Loaded with salt, and refined carbs, but thats up to you how clean/dirty you want to bulk.

I make it with ground turkey and 0% milk. Cuts a lot of the saturated fat out and still has loads of protein. Top it with salsa.

A lot of sodium, but not terrible for a bulk. If your bulking, it should only last one meal!
