extremely good...but i always feel like eating frozen packaged foods is somehow not as good as it could be for me

100 cals and 3 g of fat per fillet, with 17 g of protein...these are fine to eat right?

i am new to taking care of my body, so excuse the potentially dumb question

Is it fine to eat? I guess. Are there better options? Sure.

Funny, I ate Blue Water's fish fillets this afternoon that was exactly that, 100 cals, 3g fat and 17g protein.

Was it pollock? Very good, it doesn't have too much added stuff.
