Thought just came to my head today when i was cooking up some chicken.

You know the oil that coats the top of your peanut butter jar. Well the natural stuff anyways.

Am i crazy or does this sound apealing to anyone? Or is something you guys have tried before?

Might be good for making up a thai dish.. get a little peanut flavoring in the chicken.. i dunno.

Makes me hungry just thinking about it.

You can just purchase peanut oil. The oil off the top of the peanut butter might be more likely to burn because it hasn't had the little bits of peanut filtered out of it.

You guys never had Satay Chicken?

It's basically chicken kebabs with PB sauce and some rice. Probably the best Thai dish out there.

Though it adds some flavor, it doesn't really taste like peanut butter. The flavor of the peanut butter is mostly in the brown goop.

I don't think it tastes funky...it won't be as moist and fluid, though.
