I know you're gonna say he's fat but I like the look.

I lift 5 days a week. Right now I'm on a cut.

Danzig ain't all that big bro, and don't think too many of us would call him fat... not in the second pic anyway (in which he looks both bigger and leaner). I was always a little more impressed by doyle, but that was before I started lifting...

I think that's pretty achievable in few years if training/diet/consistency/sleep are all up to snuff, but genetics play too big a role for me to be able to give an exact figure.

2 years for the hair
app 6 hours for the tattoos....

Ohh, you meant size. I guess it depends on how well you build muscle and cut fat.

i would say 1 year for youself. if you gave it 100% no bull S**t. trained only heavy weights. and cardio 45min 4 times a week before breakfast and 30min after your workout thats about it.

you would probably look better than him too!

^ woha!

No need to do that much cardio. It's all about the diet

Agreed.

And I also agree that you could do it in a year or less, but it does depend on your own genetics. Just remember, even with his stats you wont look just like him.

i used to think danzig was the man until I walked by him and was a foot taller.

actually, he is still pretty cool and looks decent. I'd say 18 months.

Within two years irrespective of genetic, but only if you do it right.

I find the hardest part lifting. Eating clean is rather easy for me.

As for Danzig getting knocked out, that could have been a lucky punch. The beast that hit him also looks about 300lbs.

i never did understand the phrase "lucky punch" if you aim it, throw it, and knock the guy the **** out, how is it considered lucky???

now the 300 lbs i could see coming into play...

hehe, he got clobbered. I would say about 2 years, but that all depends on your diet and all that good stuff.

I think he looks good. God forbid we should make our own choices on what we like.

Agreed. And before I started lifting I thought Danzig was huge and had a very good physique. Hell, crappy acting aside, I'm still mad that he wasn't Wolverine in the X-Men movies.

As I said above, he's both bigger and leaner in the second picture, and I sure don't think that's a bad goal. Most of us start out wanting to look like Arnold (or Louie and Dorian, if you're me...). Setting achievable goals is a good way to build confidence and enjoyment in lifting. Anyway, it's not like he said he wanted to look like Bruce Lee.

Regarding the punch I believe the words that provoked it were "**** you, mother****er." I think Glenn's problem was he shoved the guy and then just stood there with his face presented to get punched... a solid hit to the jaw like that would probably drop a lot of people.

i think it was "f-you mfer," ...definitely heard the mfer..plus the whole pushing someone who can prob. bench press you..might get you knocked out..

The fight began I believe back stage at a concert and they were arguing about what time they were going on or who was going first. Danzig is a dumbass for trying to stance like he was, and that guy put everything into that punch.

If you want to set your goal on subpar aesthetics, go for it.

If you're talking about his fighting and training for that, that's a completely different thing.

Aesthetics in general is a pretty subjective thing. I'd rather look like danzig than coleman (not that I really want to look like either, but if I had to choose...). Why don't you just let him want to look however the **** he wants to.

Like I said..... I have no problem with that. What I meant is Danzig doesn't look like he spends much time in the weight room at all, which is why it doesn't make much sense to me to pick him as a goal.
