I've been reading some positive things about it helping in the muscle building process. Anyone taking it? Getting good results?

I stacked it with creatine about two years ago and gained a solid 15-20lbs in less than 5mths. so yea I'd say it's pretty legit. helps you recover faster.

It's garbage. If it wasn't we would have all kinds of research stating otherwise.
Also, it's nearly impossible for 1 person to evaluate a supp. This is why clinical research uses a minnimum of 50 people.

the gut destroys it all. never reaches the muscle.

it has been proven to benefit the body, but the amount that was used and the cost of glutamine render the cost:effectiveness ratio to not be worth it. You would have to take way too much to see the benefit and its not worth the price...

i heard you'd need to take ~20-40g a day to see effects... if you already bought some, use it, couldnt hurt. if not, just do creatine and/or ETS imo.
