I have read several articles, some say take glutamine before workout and creatine after, some say the total opposite.

what is the answer?

Most people on think that this is a worthless sup. The idea is that you get plenty through food, and even your protein shake has quite a bit.

Personally when i take it, I feel that my recovery is more then slightly better had I not taken it.
Also, from the few things I have read on glutimine supplementation, it seems that large quantities right after working out is the best time.

Plus, the bottle says after working out.

A lot of people could very well be correct about it being worthless.

I like it. probably wont ever buy it after its gone

Creatine - half before, half after; OR all before, OR all after, OR during ...

Glutamine - if you're going to bother, you'd need at least 20g. Take it after. Or just save your money and stick with whey.

I like creatine before, I took glutamine for a while never really saw any improvement in my recovery time. I would say just eat whole food and you'll be fine.
