Legs were feeling small the past few days. Took some pictures. Squatted 315x5 last week which is a new PR, so here are some pictures of the wheels.

And in case anyone else cares, spent 2 hours trying to learn how to tie a tie because I have to wear a suit tommorow. Screw dressing up.

Dude, your calves don't even look real. If I didn't know any better I'd say they were photoshopped. Pretty amazing.

Seriously... how did you get those calves? Were you just a genetic freak in that area or did you train the fook outa them?

Unreal

Don't train them really. Once a week I do a seated calf pressed just to give them some workout.

Like I tell people at the gym, become really fat for 20 years, walk around, then lose 100+lbs and you can have big calves. They are just a remenant of the fatness that I once was. On a side note, you should see them when they are pumped. Veins and all sorts of cool stuff.

Are those soup cans under your skin. Calves are sick man!

I think your calves are very un-proportional from your hams and quads.
Definition and size wize. But when the calves are bigger in proportion, it's probably much easier to line things up by increasing the size of your upper legs.

I bet if you removed your hamstrings and replaced the area with a copy of your calf muscles, you could easily squat 400lbs.

I'm trying to get there. Quads are filling nicely. Squats are constantly going up even on my cut diet. Never bulked before, as I've been on a 2 year cut trying to get down from my fatty days. Having freaky large calves is good and bad I guess. My one friend said I should try to shrink them, but screw that. LBM is LBM and it just means the rest of me has to get bigger to match them.

Yep
I don't think you will have any problem matching the rest of your body to your calves, but by the time you are finished I bet you will be Huuuuge.

Strange thing is since I've been lifting I've never bulked or tried to put on weight. I'm almost affraid of the results of when I actually start eating. Already deadlifting and squatting a decent ammount while on a perpetual cut. My bench sucks, but I don't see many people at all lifting near what I do on alot of other exercises, and this is not eating. I think I may have good genes to get HYOOGE. I definately have the appetite and ability to eat.

Nice lower body. I wouldn't recommend bulking until you get your bodyfat down into the single digits. Much easier to then bulk slow and stay lean. Great job on losing all that weight

Unreal

Slowly getting there. Everything is pretty lean besides my lower stomach. Not sure if its fat or skin at this point. Its slowly tightening up. Coming from 300+ there is a chance that it could be loose skin but I don't think it is.

so i bet that one guy on MTV that got the calf implants would literally kill for your calves...like everyone else, i agree that they are so big/defined that they look fake...i had to click on that picture twice just to make sure i was actually seeing a pic and not like a pop-up or something...

You should see them as I calf press at the gym. The definition and vascularity is disgusting. You can pick out all sorts of wierd little muscles that I didn't even think existed. I'm a genetic freak. I wish I could move some of it to my chest where I'm lacking.

Maybe. I'll get some cool vascularity pictures of my legs coming soon. The other day there was a huge vein running all the way up. Freaky looking.
