just bout this at the local drug store. 1 scoop is 43g of Creatine?? I thought a normal dosage was 5g? Is this harfmul to me.

okay one SCOOP weighs 43g...and its creatine DRINK MIX...so obviously not all of it is creatine...read the sticky about creatine located at the top of this forum...

yea sorry i didnt see that..and i did read the sticky and i didnt see anyhing their, thats probally why lol. but what do u mean its not all creatine and its a drink mix???

Read the ingredients. It's creatine and sugar with a few other things thrown in.
