Can a small dosage of T3 (12-25 ) induce anabolic effects?

I don't know what dosages are required, but T3 in the right quantity does have an anabolic effect.
I have no idea if that's high enough to do it though.
Edit: On further exploration, it appears the effects of T3 on muscle are more related to the type of contractile proteins than to the actual growth of the fiber. It has the effect of sparing fiber conversion from FT to ST, and can actually cause ST fibers to become FT.

Of course,it enhances proteinosynthesis.

My ***** it won't!
12.5mcg is all one needs to use if not in conjunction with anabolics.
Maki-
It can get kinda tricky because both anabolics, diet, and dose will effect how thyroid hormone will act. Generally speaking t-3 will enhance protein synthesis, accelerate fatloss, and cause a higher precentage of the calories you take in to be used instead of stored. But t-3 can also rapidly cannibalize muscle if calories are not high enough or if the dose is pushed to high.
If it's not being used with AS the dose shouldn't be taken over 12.5mcg/day. If used while bulking than calories are not of much concern as long as they are high enough to gain weight. While cutting, calories should be at least 500 higher than they would be if one was cutting with all those calories coming from protein. I also would never drop below 3000 while cutting if you weight over 200 pounds(except if coming into a competition).
