This is what I eat for breakfast most days, 10 min post workout in teh morning. Thought I'd share it because it's tasty, satisfying and works (for me).

1 cup lowfat flavored yogurt mixed with
1 cup plain grape nuts
1 carton oj
1 carton choc milk
1 bannana
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
sometimes about 1/3 of a cup of unsalted peanuts
12 oz water

This is my largest meal of the day because it's post workout, and half an hour before I go to carpentry where I work for 3 more building a house. Like I said, it's satisfying and works for me.
