has anyone else noticed this before. on my loading phase taking 2 rounded t-spoons in the morning on an empty stomach, 2 more in the aft and 1 before bed. i find it hard to eat throughout the day. maybe don't take it on an empty stomach like suggested?

how much creatine are you taking?
5g is enough
I do 15g-25g aday and it works fine for me, with kre-alkalyn you dont have to load or stop.

Looks like he's loading with 25g. Loading isn't necessary. I've never lost my appetite from creatine, but if you think you are, stop loading.

Don't have to load or stop with monohydrate either. But that seems like a lot. I thought the purpose of kre-alkalyn buffered creatine was to lower the amount of servings you needed to take.

creatine does not need to be cycled or loaded

I find taking 5g/day while cutting helps with appetite.

What makes you think you even need to cycle off any creatine?

On the bottles it tells you not to take it for extended periods (some bottles differ depending on what else is in it) I.E. anymore then 8-10 weeks. Just looked at my bottle and it says the same thing.
They also suggest a loading phase the first 4-5 days.
Just clearing up why people are asking these questions.
