I have a very high metabolism. I'm 5'10" and 145 pounds. I just started weightlifting and I'm looking for something that has lots of proteins and calories to help me gain weight on top of all the food im eating. I've been eating constantly yet I've only gained 5 pounds. I read about Creatine Blast and Whey Protein shakes and the different shakes etc I'm just looking for the right thing for me.

If you just started and have gained five pounds you are doing good.

There is no reason for yo uto need any supplements other than perhaps a protein supplement or MRP to fill in your diet.
