Well, you should be getting protein from food, so following that logic...it should be safe.

Protein infused with vitamins. Here comes one of my generic answers...

Do you eat chicken? beef? Do you drink milk? Protein powder is a supplement, but it is just a derivation of something you would get from what you normally eat.

You also get vitamins and minerals from food...as well as multivitamins that practically everyone takes.

Should you take it? Up to you. Can you take it? Don't see why not.

I would say that looks like a pretty decent product. How much are they charging?

Oh, and by the way, look at the casein content! It has .15g of caseinate per serving. Geez, what a joke! That is something you put in your product so that you can say it contains a blend but you really have not put enough caseinate in there to do ANYTHING!

It's very honest of them to list the breakdown of their blend.

I don't know any other company that does that.

I agree, that is a good thing.

they are charging $44.95 CDN for 800g. Vanilla flavour... does it taste like a vanilla milkshake or something?
