Hey, I had some friends over yesterday and we had a "flex off-a-thon" because we ran out of stuff to do :D so heres some pics, sorry if some are bad the lighting isnt that great upstairs, please tell me what you think and what I need to work on.

thanks dude, usually i lift 4-5 times a week and i drink 1 52g protein shake in the morning, have some type of meat (or plastic) for lunch at school, then lift, come home and drink another 52g shake, and then have real meat supper. do you guys think this is too much/too little?
