I had bought GNC multi solotron dietary supplement a while ago. I had to end up stop taking it because it always made me have stomach aches and turned my urine a bright yellow. i figured maybe it was just me having a reaction to it and i put it in my cabinet and haven't been using it. Now my mother who normally takes centrum had ran out and she said that two days ago she used one of those until she could get to the store and it gave her the same problem. Does anybody know why this happens or have experienced this problem themselves?

the yellow urine is the extra B-vita's being disposed of. the stomach aches are from not eating with the pill. i've been taking GNC multis for two years with no ill side effects.

I'm not understanding how "you get what you pay for" applies to this situation? GNC line isn't crap, it's just expensive.

no its not from not eating, i had started taking them right after breakfast in the morning, and the aches would come about 30 min. to an hour later. and then I tried taking them during the middle of the day and I got the same problem, so I figured its not that. and ok the wit the urine thing I know when your body has excess of something it gets rid of it but I heard in certain cases it can be bad for you so I just stopped taking them
