Ive been taking 2 servings of cell-tech daily for the past 3 months which i was told in another thread was just a load up of sugar. I read that because im over 220 i need around 24 grams of creatine a day during mateniance and 40+ during loading (not like i load anyways) but other people were trying to convince me i only need 3 grams of creatine if im running mateniance which sounded wrong because every creatine brand is 10 grams per serving. If i reduce my cell-tech intake to just the reccomended which my 130 pound friends are using will it have the same effect even tho im 100 pounds heavier or should i stick to what im doing now. This is going for just results and im not looking for people to tell me that cell-tech is a waste of money or anything like that, just need to know if i should change my intakes or just keep using the same

Dude you need to read the "Facts about Creatine" in a thread I created in here. There is a link but you can down load it and read it whenever. It exposes all the myths around creatine and will answer all your questions.
It did for me.

saying that your creatine dose should change depending on weight i can see, but 40 grams even 24 grams is unreasonable. just stick with 5 grams a day....i weight 220, i use 5 grams a day. i have friends that are 250 they use 5 grams a day. everyone else uses 5 grams a day. sooooo use 5 grams a day.

Men under 200lbs should be fine with 3g a day. men over 200lbs should go for 5g a day.
