Leg pics will come soon. I am going to start my own version of the 10x3 workout. I will post after shots of that. Let me know what I should focus on the most.

back seems to be lagging, you definitely want to start hitting that harder.

Lower more than upper ....? right? I do heavy deads... hope this 10x3 will help. Funny people usually say my back is my best part heh and that my chest is my worst. Thanks Tho!

arms look pretty thick, but i agree your chest is lagging, and your back could do with some more work. Legs should be good.

I also agree i think you need some more thickness in you back and chest. The rest is looking good and your at a good bf% in my opinion to hold while gaining mass

I think your back and cheast is under developed compared to your arms.

But you look good.

Yeah, I was going to ask the same question. Congratulations, though!

Arms are a hell of a lot more developed than the rest of your body, but they look awesome.

Congrats on the fat loss and the good numbers. You're kinda the inverse of me, I ot the pecs and back but lack the arms and delts. You have really nice shape on yours though. Once the torso muscles coe up, you'll be great man. Good luck.

I certainly would have never guessed you were a former fatty... However, it just looks like you need to a lose a bit more fat... I don't believe in the "loose skin" BS. I mean, how can it be? What is between the loose skin and your muscles? Air? Nope... Fat. Just keep dieting and it will be gone. Loose Skin, in my humble opinion is a myth. It should be called fat and rightly so.

BTW, you look awesome. You need to work on your back and your pectoral region. Otherwise you have an awesome physique. Very impressed! :D

One more note: I noticed that your stomach looks like most people as they lose weight... The lower abdominals are one of the few last places to go. My friend who has never been overweight in his life has that "loose skin" people talk about it... But it wasn't that, just needed to lose more fat (he did) and there was the six pack.

You know... I say the same thing. I say its fat! But, it seems to streatch alot more than other fat on my body. When I was fat I had a huge belly... still got the streatch makrs half way up my stomach from it. Anyway, workout will heal it or time will... not too worried about it.

Low angle shots tend to distort one's perception. I think the back looks pretty good though.

Yeah i have been hitting the back harder with 10x3's. As far as poses go... you try clicking your web cam then running to get in position in 3seconds haha.

One last question before this thread goes off into the abyss. Should I Bulk, Cut, or clean bulk ? I am thinking a real clean bulk.
