hi everyone! i have a question about supplements if anyone can please help me out . . . here's my problem, i have a great lifting/workout routine, my diet is great also, but for some reason i am not losing the little bit of extra 'fat' on my stomach to get the desired cut that i want . . . are there any supplements that will help me get a better cut in my mid section? thanks in advance for any help/input!

If your diet is great, you'll drop fat.
What exactly is your diet? How many calories, how many grams of protein, carb and fat, and how do you train?

wow maybe i'm not doing all i can lol . . . i drink a lot of water, i have about 2500 calories, i eat a lot of chicken, i have veggies, normally eat two eggs a day for breakfast . . . i don't eat a lot of breads, or pastas or anything that i really know of that has a lot of carbs, and i honestly don't watch my grams of protein . . . i was reading a lot after i saw one of the links in your sig, and i think i can do much more with my diet than i am, and am definitely going to use the information to help, supplements probably aren't the way to go unless need be, correct??
as of right now, i lift mon, wed, fri. . . and i run everyday . . . mon i do chest/back, wed legs/shoulders, fri biceps/triceps . . . i know not very 'targeted' if you will, but it has worked great for me thus far, and i think if i use the info. i have gained from the reading i just did and change my diet more, i will definitely get the desired results . . . thanks for the response!

Please don't run every day. You don't need any cardio for a cut if your diet is in check. (You can still do some cardio for your heart and for conditioning, I'm just saying it's not necessary or even optimal for cutting)
