View Full Version : Need to get back in shape!

Hi, I haven't been on the forums in a while, I haven't had to much time to get on, with work and sports. But I've also not been able to lift in a while either, which is my problem. I need to gain some muscle weight, get my # for # strength back, and I need to at least maintain my speed. If possible, I'd like to get faster.

I seem to have lost all of my knowledge of exercsizing lol. In my sig, there's my PRs. I can only squat 435 right now, my bench is about the same though, and my clean is HORRIBLE. I can't even get up 205!! I don't know about deadlift, I haven't tried that yet.

PLEASE, ANY advice would help! THANX!

17 years old, 180lbs, and you squat 500? You should give us advice. :p

No, I doubt I squat 500 right now. I work out in the early morning now for my first class in school. I used to lift right around 11- noon, but now I lift from 7:15-8:30. I weightlifted after school today, and felt ALOT stronger than I did in the morning. I guess I'm just not a morning person lol.
