hey man i'm 16, i started liftin when I was about 14. I started benching 125 and to date my max has been 250. Make sure you eat a lot you're always gonna need that energy. and I also started to take nitro-tech protein powder, people on this board hate it but it worked very well for me and many of my friends. you don't necessarily have to use this one, but i've tried others and most taste like crap. so find one you can use and stick with it

your 16, you have all these natural hormones racing through your body. all you need to do is lift heavy (dont forget squats and deads) and eat ALOT. you dont need anything other then that. but if you must the only supplement that i would say give a shot is a whey protein or a good weight gainer, if you cant get your calories in with food. nitro-tech is just over priced. check out ON whey protein.

a good diet is the best suppliment...does that even make sense? it sounded good to me. Get a good diet, if you're trying to gain weight, eat eat and eat. If your tryin to lose weight, check out Builts diet thread somewhere around here! Either way, if you just started, you're going to see massive gains anyways, so i suggest waiting a while til you take any supp.

Only supp i suggest is multis. Just work out, and eat right.

Gain some weight, start working your triceps and lats heavy. By heavy I mean, heavy close grips and extensions for tris, and heavy bb/db/t-bar/chest-supported rows for lats. Supplements won't (directly) make you lift more. I don't care what Met-Rx, Muscletec or anyone else says.
