Hey, I'm 19, and I'm looking for some suggestions from you experienced people.
This summer I broke up with this girl I was dating who was the 2004 female world junior taekwon do champion - pretty intense stuff. Long story short, I didn't take it so well, and it's a tad bit embarassing having a world class athelete as a girlfriend when the most exercise you ever get is walking to the busstop every day. So I did what most every guy does: got in shape. I increased my physique immensely, and am rather proud.
However, I still have this annoying layer of fat on my body! I used to bike 22 km daily last summer, and even that didn't seem to change much. I'm not too experienced in this concept of "health", and I figured I'd search for help from people who probably know what they're talking about.
Any tips on how to burn off this last bit of fat? Any help is appreciated.
