Next month I will start my cutting phrase,I have been bulking all winter. I made excellent gains overall and I very pleased but now I am worried that during my cutting phrase I will lose all my muscle that I gained. I gain a little fat around my waist but not to complain about it. My chest,legs, arms look bigger than 4 months ago and I dont want to lose all the hard work I put into my workouts. PS I am taking muscle milk and was wondering if you guys think is a great protein,been on muscle milk since 3 months now. I been eating lots and lots of chicken,tuna,turkey,etc. I am 6'2 weigh about 217 and no cardio since I began bulking last October.
