these are my first pics. i was stacking no2 and ce2 but im off of no2 but still on ce2. im waiting on a shipment of noexplode to come in. cheaper.tell me what you think and i am open to any suggestions.thanx.

i've been lifting off and on for the past four months but i've got a great workout partner, a former personal trainer, thatpushes me.

Take this question as a compliment, but did you get that big natuarally in 4 months? If so great if not its still great.

that's my boy ward! looking big. no roids here. pure hard work and diet & few supplements.

:withstupi no roids, i played football,baseball, and i wrestled in high school. 2x all state @189lbs and 171lbs in north carolina. i've been liftin ever since the tenth grade but lots of injuries have stoped me a bunch of times. broke both ankles, tore acl, tore rotater cuff. i just started benching for the first time in two years.

i got my shipment of no-explode in yesterday. i've been off no2 for about three weeks. i've been feelin a little flat the past couple of weeks, so im glad to go on this stuff. i feel like sh!t the past couple of days. i hate be sick. i lifted yesterday and had no kind of energy. i want to go today but i gotta syke myself for that.

i dont think the supps you are taking have nearly the effect you think. especially those supps are not that great to have such an impact.

i'll get a pic of the legs up soon. i eat boiled eggs and oat meal in the morning, dry roasted peanuts through out the day and wash it down with a shake, turkey sandwiches and tuna for lunch, no-explode before workout, createin (cell-mass) after workout, shake , then a salad for dinner. and thats how i roll
