If not, any good weightgainers you can suggest? According to BMI charts, I'm underweight. I'm 6'0, and I'm about 130-135 pounds. I'm looking for a good weightgainer to pack on some calories while eating a good diet.

But 131 grams of sugar in that one linked above sounds like it would kill my teeth!

Food is the best weightgainer. I would suggest eating more. That being said if you can't get enough calories to gain weight, a meal replacement such as opticen from ALN can be helpful. Mix it with milk, peanut butter, etc to get a solid meal. That or I like to just use nitrean mixed with other stuff such as olive oil, peanut butter, milk, cottage cheese, etc to get calories up if needed.

And before someone else says it, www.fitday.com track calories, add more till you gain weight.

OK that has got to be one of the worst weight gainers I have ever seen... Aside from the cals it too much sat fat, too much sugar, not enough fiber, and who the **** needs 2200 cals in one meal.. maybe if you split it into 1/3s it would make more sense and last longer than 5 days..

yeah, i know it sounds kind of almost "dumb" but just eat more (healthy foods)........i've gained alot more weight since i've been eating more, compared to before when i was taking supplements (protien, and sometimes weight gainer instead)...........eat untill it is uncomfortable to eat, it works! What i try to do is make sure that there are NO leftovers at my house when my dad cooks.......also make sure you're getting enough rest, and make sure you're kicking your ass at the gym........

Make your own weight gainer.

Oats
Whey
Fruits
Milk
Peanut Butter
Canola Oil

I make myself a 1000kcal shake every morning and it takes me about 5 mins to down. And I can guarantee you it's healthier than any weight gainer you can buy from your local GNC.

How much of each do you add to that?

Ive used that gnc weight gainer. Its only 2200 cals with a lot of milk, but it still has quite a bit. However, look at the serving size. 3 scoops, only 5 servings per that huge container. The server spoon thingy is like the size of 4 regular servings from any other drink. Putting in any more than 1 of the gnc scoops is wayy overkill. But, if you dont want to make your own drink, it should be pretty good.

BMI is not for anyone with any substantial muscle mass

Ummm hes 6'0 130lbs.. I dont need a BMI to know hes a stick, it should be common sense that @ 6'0 130lbs your mostly skin and bone..

EDIT: Although I do agree taht BMI charts blow since anyone with whos slightly muscualr with low BF% is either obese or borderline..

Any weightgainers that are more expensive than protein powder are a waste of money - even if they do have a slew of BCAAs'. Protein powder, Peanut Butter, Bananas, apples, macadamia nut oil, milk, ice cream - Mix, grow, repeat.

It looks like crap... Jorge has the best shake right there.

I do:
100g oats
600ml milk
4 tbsp peanut butter
2 scoops whey (~40g)
3 tbsp olive oil

works out at around 1000kcal, with almost 100g protein.

Is there even any pro bodybuilder who needs 2200+ cals in one setting on a bulk? That's insane

5 servings for $35, what a bargain.
