Ya, its a source of energy in muscles. Just eat meat, no need to worry about how much creatine you're getting.

Pretty much everything that is a mammal has it....Its just in different concentrations depending on the type. Bigger the animal (muscle wise) the more it has....I am pretty sure they have a correlation with each other.
