Lookin good man. Your got some nice traps. Back seems to be lagging a bit, keep at it though, you're doin good.

you looked more in proportion in the first set of pics. You obviously are bigger in the second set, but arms overwhelm everything else.

Yes, and older, too. I think he screwed up on posting the date on the first set of pix. Nice progress either way.

thanks for the encouragement. yes, i do need to bring up some parts. haven't done legs for a while do to a knee issue. i actually did my first leg workout today since, like ever.

and about the time frame of the pics, that is correct. i love muscle memory, it doesn't take long to start bringing it back when your working hard. after losing a lot, i mean a lot of muscle due to entering the military, i'm glad to be putting it back on.

Arms, delts and traps rock. I'd say work more on your lat width.

I like the black & white pics as pics... lack of color is always seductive. Having said that, 1- back seems to lag, and 2- do you own a pair of legs? Even if you hadn't worked them- show them for the record, then show improvement.

about the venice beach comment from my partner there, i'm planning on going to muscle beach march 31 or so when i'm on my way back to florida. i want to be able to say that i have been there and moved some iron. it should be awesome.

gaining some great weight right now. i will post new pics after my methyl-1-alpha cycle. i'm feeling huge (for me that is).
