Best way to measure body fat

1. What is the best way to measure body fat and where do I measure? Most of it is a spare tire. According to a fat/weight scale, I'm at 22% body fat.

2. Will diet and lots of ab work get rid of the spare tire, or will I always have some flab there?

Look in the mirror. Your bf is low enough when you are satisfied.

Ab work will not do much for fat loss in any area. Liposuction is a good way to spot reduce ;). You can get rid of the flab with patience and a good diet. Maybe you should post it and then the members can pick it apart?
