I was just excited to finanly learn how to flex my lats, and mine are currently huge! i was amazed, I had to get that out, and these forums rock!

Whats the secret to flexing your lats? I need to learn the right technique at doing this also.

Lat spread is easy cake. I find it hard to get the lats on relaxed. Usually takes me a few tries to get it right. When I do get it right though..... :)

Actually, that distortion will make the center of the picture appear larger than the outside... meaning his lats are probably proportionally bigger than they look.
