AAKG is suppose to be a better supplement. Some claim that arginine isn't used efficiently, while AAKG gets used better by the body.

NOW sells just straight AAKG. check it out if you think the possible difference is worth it.

NOW is a brand.

Um check the supplement website (I don't know exactly the name) fast400 whaterver it is. Their product discription should help you out.

Its actually NOW foods, a supp company. Take it from someone that has taken both NO2 (the stuff from GNC) and L-Arginine powder from NOW foods, They both did the exact same thing for me. The only difference was the very big price difference, and the horrible taste of L-Arginine powder. I suggest you take it with purple grape juice (100% natural of course).

They're both crap. All N02 products do is give you a pump...that's it.

Thanks for the posative comments.

LOL, Scarz really needs to work on his/her attitude.

Anyone else please?

The general consensus is that these products are nothing more than marketing hype.

One thing Mase pointed out is that these products cause pooling of blood, ie: the pump, which your body compensates by reducing bloodflow. So the claim is that it increases nutrient delivery by increased ciruculation but it acutally creates less ciruculation.

After trying a few N02 Supplements, I can tell you, they are nothing more then a waste of money...

Yes, you feel a "pump," but it's still a waste of your time. You don't lift any harder, stronger, faster.

Caffeine is still my no1 supp with ephedrine at a close 2nd.

I have made faster gains in the last 3 months after getting my diet straight, instead of the 3 months where i was using expensive supplements and eating wrong.

The only effect that you may have from NO2 is psychological. You may feel the pump and think your getting bigger from it, and that may get you motivated to work out more and possibly harder. Also take 6 of those caps to get the recommended 3g's a day EVERYDAY.

It's a waste of money and they don't work and yes I've tried them before in my days of supplement ignorance.
