Is this diet any good?

Post w/o: whey in water + Banana

Meal 1: All-Bran + Toast

Meal 2: Interactive Mammoth 2500 Weight Gain

Meal 3: Tuna sandwhich with wholemeal bread

Meal 4: Interactive Mammoth 2500 Weight Gain

Meal 5: Chicken or fresh fish with salad

Before bed: whey in water + Hand fall of nuts.

Out of 7 meals 4 are supplements... try to get some whole foods in there...

Are you working out on an empty stomac? If so, bad idea.

I prefer a bigger lunch and a smaller dinner, but breakfast is probably my biggest meal, doesn't look to bad though..
