I'm planning to be on stage late 2006 or early 2007 all depends. I want to at least turn 16 before I make my first atttempt at it. As for goals: I gonna be huge.

Today went to the gym at 1130 just did some abs and cardio.

30 mins of tredmill speed 4.0 walking

25X3 situps
15X3 leg rasies
15X2 supersets no rest

Rest=30-45 seconds

Yep just as I miss training like a powerlifter occassionally. Some of you guys make me miss it. Putting up the big weight, ahhh good times good times. but I gotta love the bodybuilding style training. Eh well mostly I think I'm just in love with the pumps. :)

Thoughts: Great ass chest pump. Felt like I really nailed it starting with incline. I may make a habit of it.

Thanks ya'll I as well think my max bench is much higher than I have posted but as it says it was tested about 6 months ago. I might get to testing it but its not on my list of things to do. Also I have a question why is it that I am stronger on my incline DBs as opposed to flat I feel more comfortable on the incline. Does that mean I have stronger shoulders than pecs?

My incline DB benching is only 5-10 lbs weaker than my flat DB benching with the same rep scheme. Some people are just stronger in different areas of pressing.

I am ready to hit the weight, No I'm ready to ****ing crush the weight and show people how a ****ing animal trains! I was 175 pounds in bulking stage in the last picture and in the first i beleive I was about a 130 in no type of stage and trainign like an idiot for a short period of time.

After I get my buddies digital cam I'll be taking this months progess pictures.

Yep. Even past a little bit. Of course there are a few where its questionable but for depth I'm very strict about hitting parallel. I always strive for excellance in form. Then comes the weight.

Accually kevin I dunno about more than you. But I'm pretty confident I could at least hit 4 plates. With my belt of course. But of course as you well know I'm a bodybuilduhhh now but mabye for fun one of these days.

I'm also seeing a good slow steady weight gain. I just recentally started taking animal pak. I gotta say. I never thought I'd 'feel' a muti work but I think I might be lol.

PS: I really can't walk after that workout guys.

I don't care if you rested for two days between each set. There aren't many people who could do this. It's very good!

WBBIRL: Hah thanks man. Accually today I was accused by a good friend of mine who I have been lifting with since I was 13 of being on gear. And he wasen't kidding. Apparently the majority of my gym thinks I'm on gear. Yet it was a compliment it hurt coming from him a lil bit. But thanks man but see dude. I've had no life since I was 13 years old lol. I've never gotten drunk or smoked anything my whole life. I may be 15 and a hell of a lifter as some people say. But I'm a sad excuse for a kid. lol

Stumprrp: Its really not that high of volume so much its really only 12 sets of back and 4+3 drops for traps. But the reps are higher than I usually go. Thanks man.

It only matters that you know what you can do, to hell with everyone else. Personally Id take being accused of steriods a compliment, no matter who it came from. They obvisouly think your strength or size is un acheivable by normal means, and that means you have to be doing something right!!

Im the same way bro, although I was much stronger back in highschool (10th grade really) then I am today or was 6 months ago. I had and have no life.. its work, gym, home, work, gym, home day in day out.

Straight up man. See its reading my animal book. Going to www.animalpak.com . And talking to guys like yourself that have the same dedication as I do that makes me realize I'm not the only one that is making the journey. Its comforting to know others are enduring the pain I endure.

And as an update on my buddy he started a cycle on monday. So I think I'll let it slide lol. Today is an off day. Tommorow I'm hitting Chest and Biceps. I know I hit them yesterday but I need to get my routine in order.

No I got a routine thanks. It was just a little messed up. I'm training with a routine Igot down at teh arnold for the animal boys :). But I train a muscle once every 6 days. IE: day 1 chest/Biceps Day 2 Legs and calfs day 3 off day4: back and traps day5:Shoulders and tris Day6:off day 7 repeat day 1.

I was planning on march 31st. But I'm starting to second guess myself on it saying **** cutting down for the warm weather. I want to cleanly as possible bulk up to at least 190. Or after my 3 week cycle of animal stak 2. So a possible cutting date will be late april to early may.

You are cutting correct? Can you give me details I've never been on a cut before. Tell me how you are feeling if you are losing strength, how many cals you are comsuming, supplements ect. I'd really apperciate it man.

sounds fine to me bro, have you ever considered trying a 20 rep squat routine? i bet you those 18 lbs would go on like nothing, ive talked to folks who have used it and he told me the first time he tryed it he put on 20 lbs in 4 weeks, 5 which was fat.

Not sure if its just one of those teenage things or an impact this lifestyle has really taken its toll on my life starting out so young. But I'm just sitting around crying for no reason. Thinking about old stuff about ex girlfriends and stuff. Being lonley and ****. not sure if I'm just being an emotonal teen or I got like depression or something.

Example: Sitting in math class today thinking and suddenly my eyes welled up wtih tears. Call me a pussy or whatever but I just don't understand whats happening to me. I haven't gotten tail for quite some time. My friends all have what I used to have. A loving reltonship, and I'm sitting here going 'yeah I can lift some big weight' But in my mind knowing 'Its ****ing pointless compared to what they have'.

I don't know sorry anyone who reads this...as you are probably dumber nowthat you have. I was just trying to get my thoughts down.

In case you guys were wondering my real name is Kyle. Makes it a little easier to talk about my history this way.

Ok so back in 6th grade I was always a more huskey set. 7th grade I was into martial arts shootfighting,Hikido Kungfu. Finished up 8th grade did some boxing during the course of it. I was always starting fights and stuff lol I was an agressive little bastard. At the end of my middle school *6-8th grade* carreer During the first week of summer I joined a gym that my rather fat buddy was going to. In no time I surpassed him in strength as I had a passion for the iron. He did it cuz his dad made him. I loved the feeling I lived for it. So ever since the summer of 8th grade I have been hittin the iron with no breaks.

I've been at it 2 years now. And still got along road ahead of me.

But basically yup thats how it all got started...

I dont think you've nearly used up your natural potential yet, or are even remotely close to a point where steriods/gear would be necessary. I think you could grow alot more natrually before deciding to do that. But 17 is give or take 2 years from now, and im sure you'll think enough about it before then to make the best decision for you

I don't post in here but I feel I should say something about the gear use. It's a mistake to go on that early. I and many of my friend were still growing (height) well into college and believe me, you don't want to stifle that at such a young age just to be a bit bigger. Wait until your body has finished developing before you start thinking about that stuff. Then we'll talk.

Other then that, you're a strong little bastard and you're making awesome progress. Nothing wrong with being a bit emotional. You just have not realized yet that high school relationships are just a stepping stone. You'll get through it and be a better person for it later.

Dude maxing out doesnt mean your workout is shot. Look at my last workout, I worked up to a 300 lb max on close grip bench after doing 185 x 22 and then went on to do a ton more work. Big weight will make your muscles grow my friend!

.. Wouldnt it feel good to smoke 315?... you know it woud..

All in all good workout. I'm switching up my split. A little unhappy with the bench but could be worse. I'm doing a heavy/light split or at least thats what i'm gonna call it. Hitting each muscle twice a week once heavy once light. ex:

1: Chest and arms (heavy try to keep reps 6-10)
2: legs and shoulders (heavy try to keep reps 6-10)
3: Back and traps (heavy try to keep reps 6-10)
4: Rest
5: Chest and arms (light try to keep reps 10-15)
6: legs and shoulders (light try to keep reps 8-12)
7: back and traps (light try to keep reps 10-12)
8: Rest
9: repeat

Let me know what you think. I'm doing this for a change of pace. My old once a week routine was getting stale. 4 weeks of this then back on to the once every 6 days. I'm gonna hop on some glutimine (sp) as well to help recovery.

Diet: Its 830 and I have about 4000 cals into today. I'm gonna hop in the shower slam about 600 or so in a meal. Plus my nuh nite shake outta put me over the top.

lookin good kyle, don't worry about the BB bench though, i mean it was your first time back on there in 4 months and it was for a max. Next time before you max i would recommend doing a couple lead up weeks on the BB just to get adjusted back.

Jumping right back in to BB bench cant be easy when your maxin on the first day. Not having a lift off or spotter definitelly hurt to. Awesome lifting man but I know you have the ability to nail 315 with all the proper setup.

Thanks rob and kevin. And Young yes I support all animal products but so far I've only had the pleasure of using 3 The pak, M-stak and Stak2. I have to say toushe on all 3. I definitly got stronger with the stak2 and the M stak which I am still taking I've put on 4 pounds and I'm about half way through it. I could contribute that to my spot on diet latly but I know the stuff aint hurting me. M-stak is helping.

Tobart: I accually I have more of a time frame cut. I begin cutting may24th thats the plan I hope to be about 192-193 at the time of the cut. But I've never cut before and am scared of doing so. Scared of losing muscle and strength I've busted ass for. Reguardless of when I begin cutting it is absolutly nessacary I am decently lean the first day of summer. Because that is when I plan to begin bulking again.

Thanks WBBIRL I've always thought I was decently strong on my leg extentions and curls. Of course I'd take a stronger squat over that any day. But I guess we gotta work with what we got.

dont worry about cutting, you will be ok and i reccomend training POWERLIFTING style to maintain strength, in other words, no more 10-12 reps, 1-6 reps.

just eat all healthy foods at about 2000 cals more or less and you will lean out.

Idealistically 172ish lean enough to see some abs *don't need the full6-pack just yet* But like I said I'm not sure if thats gonna be possible...I'm not sure we shall see. Oh figured I'd note I had a back day yesterday but I didn't record it I was out last night. Today is an off day...Gonna hit up the powerhouse tommorow for a nice change. Update on weight: 188.5 as of today pretty happyabout that...at this rate 190should be easily surpassed if so desired...I'm probably going to extend the bulk into june and hit the big 200.

solid workout kyle dont worry about the deads you were drained from the 2 sets of 12 trust me, 12 is a bit high for deadlifts stick 1-6.

Ahh I see now, your using liek a pully system on the leg extentions... just caught that as I was about to cry for being such a sissy compared to you. That doesnt downplay your strenght, but gives me a reason not to jump out a window now.

Strong workout, dont worry about the low #'s... for some people, like me, its all that I ever do is hit some number well short of normal lol.

Then I did 1 set of incline flies,1 set of flat, and a pump up set of chest press. Reps on the flies were 12 chest press was 20.

all in all good workout I still have to order some supps but we shall see how that goes.
