Hi,

I've been reading these forums for a few weeks now and am soaking in as much information as possible.

I am starting to bulk this coming week. I haven't done any serious weight training before. I am 6' 0.5" and 171 pounds. I would guess my body fat around 11%.

Here is my Fitday.

I am thinking I need to get to around 3000 calories and get some more fat. What would be some good ways to do this?

I am also going to start using Sans V12 Turbo. I may start taking either flax seed capsules or fish oil capsules also.

peanuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, other nuts, avocados, olive oil on everything and in shakes, fish, beans
