So I'm 141 pounds, and as you see I don't eat much. I'm wondering what kind of foods I can eat to pack on some pounds? I heard peanut butter is good...and milk...and cashews..anything else? I eat eggs and chicken every day. But I heard I need somewhere between 3000-4000 calories to gain weight. Any advice? Thanks guys.
