I'm 20lbs lighter in these pics than in my last set. A mix of undedication with certain meds that make me go "Ooh :(" have fricked my diet up big time, and left me not training hard for prolonged periods. Either way, I don't think I dropped TOO much muscle which is a good thing. Plan to get back into now, I want to bulk slowly so I don't get too fat for the summer.

Yes, the you know what on the traps have been photoshopped off. For those wondering, it is definitely improving from the Accutane as in there are very few active ones now. The older ones seem to have left some scars, hopefully temporary. We shall see.

Sorry about the poor quality, this cam sucks.

EDIT: One thing my buddy Josh pointed out. Does anyone see how overdeveloped my medial head is? It totally kills my anteriors and posteriors, which aren't bad by any means, but certainly don't match the medial one. Any suggestions?

Crip, you don't look to have lost any mass at all - killer taper!

You look great!

You definately look better with the short hair man, your delts look fantastic!

02-27-2006, 09:36 PM
Is it a shadow or is your right Tri bigger then your left?? I think you looks dope son. Much better with sort hair. You kind of look like the kid from Nip-Tuck though.

02-27-2006, 09:40 PM

02-27-2006, 09:44 PM

02-27-2006, 09:44 PM

02-27-2006, 10:01 PM

Built, Risk, Patricia, Force, Dave, Jeff: Thanks playas.

Russow: Who? Yeah, my right arm is bigger than my left arm. Both bi and tri.

MM: Weight was 178.

Stacky: LOL, it's my moms!

Bohizzle: :(. Although I'd prefer no scarring it's the biggest deal I suppose. It's a step up from the beat red pussing bleeding ones I used to have, lol.

The scars will heel with time and you can tan to help darken the skin around them to even it out. It will get better.

02-27-2006, 10:39 PM
Yeah, they settle down over time.

02-27-2006, 10:49 PM
you look like you've been starving yourself, go eat!:D

02-27-2006, 11:11 PM
you sure do fluctuate a lot. But yeah, you look pretty ripped up in that set.

02-27-2006, 11:54 PM
Nice and lean!

02-28-2006, 12:31 AM
Lookin' ripped man. You don't even look like the same person with that hair.

02-28-2006, 12:51 AM
Looking pretty damn good, CC.

02-28-2006, 01:48 AM
looking real good Mitch

02-28-2006, 03:38 AM
Just like everyone has already said, looking real good man. I know what you mean about the bacne, it sucks. Good luck getting back into your bulk.

02-28-2006, 04:36 AM
Looking good, bud. Spend some time in the sun this summer (dunno if it's compatible with Accutane) but some sun will do your skin well if you're trying to get rid of scars.

02-28-2006, 04:46 AM
looking good, first thing i noticed was the haircut though! :hump:

02-28-2006, 07:22 AM

Wow. I very good base to build on, and you've got the 'getting lean' thing down pretty pat.

I had horrible face acne when I was your age. Ended up with very little scarring - I doubt anyone notices but me. I didn't have too much bacne though, and as I remember, the dermotologist said that was tougher to get a handle on.

You've got a hell of a lot going for you. Keep at it.

Not sure what this "sort of ripped" is all about... You ARE ripped dude! That is the look I am going for, well, body fat wise. Of course I have a ways to go... Anyway, your awesome dude!

Looking excellent! Don't worry about scarring on the body, even if it is irreversible, it's not unsightly or anything, trust me I've got scarring too.

Just a reminder: We all should remember that I lost roughly 10lbs after my haircut. ;)

Russow, Built, Paul, Max: Thank you. I'm not too worried about the scarring. I'm not under the impression, like many whom suffer from acne are, that everyone around is staring at some faded scar on the side of the cheek or on the trap. As I said, as long as I prevent more active ones I am happy. I can tan when Im done Accutane, in April. I plan to get pretty dark this summer, my mom is Indian so I can get a good tone down usually.

Manveet, Beast, Leo, Sylvia, brickt, Dan, Fenrir, Mik, Angel, Story: Thanks. Stats are 5'10" 178lbs right now.

dw06: Yeah, it's been flying around 178-190 since September. I hope to get to 200 and STAY there without adding much fat.

The Team Tiger: I'm sexier.

02-28-2006, 02:42 PM
awwwwwwwwwwwwww :( I miss the hair.

Looking good and solid man, back especially.

02-28-2006, 04:48 PM
Awesome work CC... 200 is big a goal - your metabolism looks pretty high for that.. what is your calorie intake?

02-28-2006, 06:59 PM
Looking great there CC. The unintentional cut did ya right. Doesn't look like you lost any muscle at all.

Not sure what I need to gain weight right now. I know when I was at 198 or so 6000 was giving me slow gains.

03-01-2006, 10:35 PM
I don't know if this makes any sense or not, but I'll throw it out there. I've been very stable at right around 200lbs for a couple of months, and I swear I don't feel or look any bigger than I was at 190lbs. It's insane.

How much olive oil are you drinking?

It's all part of the game :(. You'll see guys all the time who are like 225 @ 8% and think they are small.

I put a tbsp of Olive Oil in each shake, usually 2-3 shakes a day.

03-03-2006, 01:00 AM
You're lookin' beastly, man. Keep it up!

03-05-2006, 11:23 PM
Excellent, excellent work. If you put one of your original pics next to this one, it'd be hilarious.

03-06-2006, 08:13 PM
