Ok, first give us your bodyweight and height. Secondly, all that fat should not be coming from whole milk dude. ;) Amend it a little... Also tell us what you eat for each meal.

the kid just said he was a 100 lbs, never mind what is his height, 100 lbs can't be good lol.

And I agree with spidey, all that fat should come from a better source. (ex. flax seed oil)

I think you should figure out how much you're eating now and up you calories litlle by little.

When I was 13, I weighed 115 lbs at 5'8". I wasn't abnormally thin either, just ripped and slim. It's not uncommon at that age when you grow up and not out.

If he's 6'1 and 18 years old then we have a different situation...

Anyways, I'd like to see the diet broken down by meal, but the ratios look pretty good.

We got a code red!! Get this kid some steak and peanut butter stat!! :D

Just eat bro.......and then eat again. Don't spend all your time in the weight room either, a few days a week is plenty.

Humans are the only animals who drink the milk of other animals, and we are also the only animals who continue to drink milk after childhood.

Get a weight gainer supplement, it'll help. You gotta lift too.

I can always recommend you my "burgers, fries, and pizza diet" ;)

That's because it tastes good, and milk drinking combined with workouts has been proven by me to cause larger muscles.

PS I also like to eat the young of other animals.

Ok, you only being 13, you got a helluva lot of growin to do yet. So just chill, eat and workout. Thats all you gotta do man. Don't worry, in the next few years you'll grow. Just get enough protein in your diet and you'll be golden. But don't drink so much whole milk dude...YUCK! Move to skim milk and get a better source of fat in your diet. Also, make sure you're getting some sort of protein at each meal, and Milk as this source doesn't count...sorry. ;)
