I was looking at this as a "sweet" snack to have at night since it has no carbs protein or fat and just 15 calories. I have heard from many people it is good while lifting and trying to keep the claories down. I didnt buy it because it said it had hydrogenated oils in it. the label said 0 grams trans fatty acids. Is it good to go or should I be wary?
