Im 16 ,5'6, 155 lbs, and am kinda new to weightlifting. I have been lifting and limiting myself to around 1900 calories. Im trying to get my stomach area lean so I can get a 6 pack but I also dont want to fast lol. I exercise but never seem to lose the flab on my stomach and sides.Any tips on how I can lose the flab but not starve myself.

1st Post!!! Wooohooo!!!

Oh wait, you wanted an opinion. Ok, well, I think if you want a six-pack you need to track your daily eating habits on www.fitday.com and report them to us. Then tell us your current exercise regime... But you are 16, so I would be more focused on healthy eating, eating a lot and just kicking butt in the gym. Either way, your choice.

at 5'6" and 150 there's still a lot of room for growing. Do you think you'll grow taller? that will lower your body fat percentage in itself.

At this point i'd say you're too young to bother about recompositioning yourself. Just get your protein, lift proper and see what happens. Just look around the forums and see how many of the older guys wish they spent the years you have infront of you putting on size.

i say at 5'6" 155 you go on a bulk (clean) and gain as much LBM as possible and when u get up around 175-180 and you don't like the way you look then u can go on a cut...
