I've been cutting on 2300 cals, everday 7 days outta the week. Should I vary it? like 2100 one day, and 2500 another? I lift Mon-Tues, Thurs-Fri. With at least 3 days cardio. Should I just keep doing 2300/day or switch it up, also how would I vary my protein/carb/fats. The low days would be tough, but the high cal days would be glorious.

Most do higher on lifting day's, lower on rest days. Since your doing cardio on rest days, you eat more on those days. The extra calories come from carbs.

look into carb cycling. It is working for me.
at 12x my bodyweight with exercise every day, I am losing about a pound a week.

Shady, not sure what all your LBM is, but I'll use 90% of your goal weight as a guesstimate.

So, lifting four days a week, average cals 2300 ...

How about this:

LBM = 162 lbs.

Average daily macros:
204g of protein,
91g of fat, and
166g of carbohydrate,
2,300 calories in total.

(4)Lifting/HIIT days:
211g of protein,
81g of fat, and
219g of carbohydrate,
2,448 calories in total.

(3)Rest/SS Cardio days:
194g of protein,
105g of fat, and
94g of carbohydrate,
2,103 calories in total.

Fiddle with the amounts - nothing etched in stone here. It's just to get you started.
