its been a while since i posted im up to 187 now much improvement on my chest whcih went from 41inch to 44inch also my legs from 23.5 to 25inch biceps from 15-15.75 traps increased too umm thsi is not a ****less pic i will have some soon but its the only pic i have now

you look bigger than me i think... but we weigh the same and our lifts look about exact (your squat is alot larger). How tall are you?

im the same height as u but i weight more than wut it says on my proflie im up to 186-187 now

its kind of hard to go buy a video camera,set it up in a gym, record crap, put it on your computer, post it. I dont blame him.

hahah yea i mean i dont mind doing it hahah cause i like showing off and u guys can critique too i just havent had time and i need to buy a new battery pack for my digital camera but vids and pics will soon be posted

Haha its really not complicated man I have tons of videos on this site of my lifting that required me placing my camera on a flat surface and hitting the take picture button with it on movie mode, done.

umm its werid but i dont relaly work out my legs that much hahah i guess its just genetics alll i do and this is once a week is thsi

4 sets of squats 365 X 8 385 X 7 405 X 6 415 X 4

lunges with dumbells each side 85lbs X 8 (each leg) 85X 8 85 X 8

leg extensions 315 X 8 360 X 6 360 X 6

my body is pretty balanced now that i got my chest bigger all i need is the six pac hahah thats my cut in the spring time :clap:

Are those parallel squats though?

I can strap on 700 and do a 1/2 squat for 8 reps. But a 700 full squat would crush me.

I was doing 405x12 just past parallel and it was annihilating me! And I was 245lbs. My leg press was also 1080x10 AFTER doing heavy squats. And you're saying you're only at 360x8?

I find it hard to believe you're doing parallel squats. Not trying to be a prick. Just stating the obvious.

I was thinking the same thing, my leg press far out numbers my squat but then again if you knew my squat you'd laugh your ass off...

leg extensions NOT LEG PRESS they are two different machines i can do around 1000 with leg press and wut u mean by parallel squats if u mean at a 90 degree angle then umm its almost there probably not quite but im lookin for power and size than repititoin my legs are big anways whetehr i train them or not

Yeah, I'm with Jake on that. He's totally correct, and when I was squatting in that range I was pretty much also doing exactly 1100-1200 x 10 on the leg press.
