I've lost a ton of mass, and now I'm skinny fat again. I need to find motivation, I need to find desire.. There;s only so many forced feedings I can take...

I havn't had the cash for supplements for the last couple of months, I normally get in at least 300g of protein a day. Wages have gone downhill, less than award - and I can't complain to anyone because I'm on apprenticeship, but I digress.

I've been doing my best to get by, at least 2L of milk a day (powdered) - eggs, tuna - as much chicken breast/steaks I can get from work. I'm not really sure what I wan't to do with my body anymore, I'm so confused about what I wan't for myself.

At least my back is halfway there.

What fat? Dude, eat something. Bulk!!!

Your back is looking good!

When did you lose all this alleged mass? Over what course of time?

Perhaps your routine is stale?

I see hints of your obliques.

Fat, shmat.

:withstupi on all the comments above, and if you need to look at pictures of food to prepare your gullet, you know which journal to turn to. ;)

Only one solution fella, put some work in at the dinner table. Your back looks good, but you dont have the mass, aim to add mass with minimum fat gain.

Don't be afraid to eat dude, the biggest guys ALWAYS put down the most food!

I feel your pain man, except for the reason I feel that way is because I'm on week 14 of a fractured finger. For me, just looking in the mirror and seeing the skinny fat return is enough to make me want to go to the gym, but alas, it will be a while before I can do that.

Honestly, though, you look good man. You're a king among skinny fat men.

03-07-2006, 01:56 PM
yeah, you just look a little bit soft, man. I hope you are not serious about being depressed, because there is much more to life than bodybuilding. Family, love, accomplishments, etc

03-07-2006, 02:01 PM
i don't think you look skinny at all, take a little break from everything, relax, capture your thoughts

Seems like you've got a bit of gyno, looks just like a bit of gland. Anyway, don't be depressed, like someone said: bodybuilding isnt everything(although at times it may seem so).

03-07-2006, 03:43 PM
Your kidding on the gyno right?

To the Op: Buy yourself a new bodybuilding video...or treat yourself to some new gloves or straps or something. Gotta get things going fresh.

www.animalpak.com go there...for motivation :)

Nice spread, those 2 pics don't even look like the same person.

03-07-2006, 06:19 PM
ya nice lats, but watch the movie Pumping Iron, its very motivating

03-07-2006, 07:33 PM
Quit chasing the all of those Shelas (sp) too much cardio LOL
Some poses you need to be huge or ripped to look good in.

To Gutz: No, his areola(right) protrudes slightly, as is generally the case from having a gland. You can tell from looking at his avatar and his other pic. I doubt the gland there is even an ounce.

Its not 'full blown', how you may be thinking of gyne but gyne nonetheless.
Maybe some other users who had/have gyno can say.

You have no fat. If anything you need MORE fat, hehe. BULK!!

The back looks good. Probably your strongest point right now.
