im 10 half stone and 6"2

Do i have to eat loads eg 3500 cals?

Or dont worrie about cals and eat loads of protien and carbs?

so your 147lbs? how old are you? i would just eat as much as possible, you seem pretty skinny.

just eat make sure you get 1.5g of Pro and .5g of Fat per lbm, then just eat, eat, eat

Is the .5g of fat per pound of lbm a minimum recommendation or a goal to shoot for. I know that protein is "at least" 1.5g. Is the fat recommendation an "at least" also? I'm only supposed to get 62.5g of fat (125lbm x 0.5) I usually get more than that, like 80 to 100g. Mostly good fats though.

I do 0.5 g of fat per pound (not lbm), but I try not to worry about it as long as it fits in with my calories and is mono or polyunsaturated
