Yo!,

I had a quick question about cutting. My Younger (but much bigger) brother is trying to lose weight. He is 16 almost 17. He weighs 265 and is about 6 foot one. He lifts with me...but thats about it. Im not sure were to start with his diet...and im not sure how much cardio he should be doing.

Can someone help me build a diet for him...or at least tell me how many calories he should be staying under?
