And one from the "over head best possible lighting please make me look good" area :).

Ok, a few things:
- If you look at my chest in the side shots, it seems to be developing more downward than anywhere else. Any ideas? ( you can really see it in the very last picture in the different lighting).
- Some of the poses are uber lame, but i was trying to show the progress on the shoulders.

Other than that, questions, comments, suggestions are very welcome!

Well you have a good base to work from. Your bi's, tri's and forearms look great but i think you are lacking overall. You need to work on your chest, back, shoulder's and abs. Whats your training like? Are you working your legs?
Basically you want to help you body grow as a whole. Working the legs will help in overall growth of your back and upper body.
It makes sense doesnt it, work your whole body and it gorws as a whole unit, focus on only some parts and you wont get full results.

But otherwise keep up the good work!!

your chest and back are lagging compare to your arms.

What are you doing for them?

For chest:
-Incline bench
-flat bench with db's
-flys

I still havent found much to do to improove my back yet. I have seen improvements in my chest, but they are very small improvements. It might be one of those things that is just going to take time, or maybe im not working it hard enough...*shrug*

I wasn't sure on your goals, but I remember your first post and thinking how awesome you did to lose the weight. Have you been bulking since January? It would appear so, since your BF looks about the same in January, but you look a bit larger now. Just trying to make sure I know what your goals are.

Presuming that you are bulking (I am 99% sure) things seem to be going well and it appears to be a very clean bulk. What does your diet look like? Are you eating a lot more than you were on your cut?

Keep up the great work!

I was initially thinking about cutting to get rid of my excess body fat from... well being fat for the first 23 years of my life. However, as I lost more weight I was upset with how small I was getting. The comment that ticked me off the most was "Your looking scrawny man!". I know they were just comparing me to my before self, but "scrawny" was nothing i wanted to look like.

ANYHOW, I would say I am on a weak bulk right now. Im eating just enough to gain strength while trying to not put on extra fat. By far not the optimal way to do it, but its kinda what I'm stuck in mentally right now.

Also, it occured to me that I have never posted a picture with normal clothes on....so

trust me dude you are not scrawny at all.
If you were 6'3 and 150 pounds then you would be scrawny.
Try some different excercises for the chest. I kind of had the same problem about 8 months ago and then i changed a few things around. Try doing some drop sets or supersets and see how you like them. I personally throw in drop sets on every other chest workout for flat bench or incline. Maybe some weighted dips or peck deck. Its just an idea but get a feel for what you like, but if you like your routine now stick with it.
Just my 2 cents
Good luck

You look great man... I wouldn't have a problem with a body like yours... Lets put it this way, you look 100X better than before. In clothes you look great. I'd say you have done well. Maybe up the calories a little bit more (maybe add an extra egg or two each day) and see where it takes you in a month.

Some areas to work on are your chest (most work is needed there), lats, and some trapz, for sure...

So, I'd suggest doing some heavy Squats, Dead Lifts and then working on Bench Press. I would not focus much more on your arms at this point. In fact, if you never did another curl, I am sure you would be fine.

So, order IMO is Chest, Lats, Legs. Perfect routines would be Bench Press, Squats (Go ATF) and Dead Lifts... Throw some Lat pulldowns in there too, or pull ups, that would work great too. Use overhand instead of underhand.

Doing great, keep up the great work!

you could prob change up your chest routine quite a bit. Do the same overall volume but do regular bench 2 or 3 times a week. There are countless ways, just remember the big 3 squat, deadlift, and bench. You could prob do a full body 2 times or even 3 times a week. The basics are where its at until you hit a certain level. Keep progressing

lol it looks like youve glued someone elses arms onto your torso

imo get rid of chest flys

do dips instead but flare out your elbows so more chest

But again your arms look great!! :S
