right im new here and not sure if this counts as its not much or a "recipe" but i think its great so i thought id mention it incase other people liked it aswell.
Right cook a few chicken fillets and get some peppers, some onion, and some tomato and put them in the fridge. also get a george foreman grill
then when ever you are peckish get three slices of wholegrain brown bread and make a two layer sandwich. Put half a fillet on each layer and peppers, onions, and tomatoes, and put it under the george formean until hot and crispy!
the grill squashes it and you dont even feel like you are eating much and they are gorgeous and they take five mins to make!
i eat bout three a day aside from meals
