Yeah dude...Comments and critque are a given. Why would I post them if I didn't want it? And goals? Ain't everyones goal to get huge? Oh and a bodyfat estimate would be nice.

Looking good. If anything the lat spread is probably the weakest pose you have. Arms are looking massive and biceps are great.

You've made great progress since the big bulk started, gutz..good work. You're a far cry from the 145lb kid that posted up pics a few months back.

I'd guess your bodyfat at no more than 16%, and no less than 13. A straight-up guess would be 14%, I think.

Thank you sir. That really means alot to me. You know sometimes you almost lose sight of your goal but its encouraging words like these that keep me going thanks man.

Thumbs up. Definitely work on your lat pose. Your traps look great, biceps look really good, and when I get home and away from my ****ty work monitor I'll actually be able to make out your leg pic. All in all, I wish I was like you when I was 15.

If I chose one word to describe you, it'd be Thick. You're looking really solid man, I think if you bulked a little longer and did a cut you'd be a freakin' machine.

congrats on getting to 180 man! yeah i'd say your bf is around 16%. have you noticed significant gains in your lifts as well as size?

Helpmelift: Oh hell yes I have. I recentally got 100sX8 on DB incline presses. 105sX6 today. Definitly some gains in that department. I'm not gonna give details for each and everything but I got a journal in case you were interested in checking that out.

Russ:Thanks man,Thick but I lack definition. But right now the goal is mass but in a soild way not a fat way. So I was planning a cut on march 31st but I think I'm gonna go with you on this one and bulk just a little longer and slow. Try to get around 190-200 depends on how much fat I'm gaining I guess.

Mike:Yes I've often been told that my lat pose is pretty bad but it is getting better I get it right every now and again but most of the time its whats in that picture I took lol. And yeah sorry about the leg picture I had to take it myself.

i dont think your lat spread is weak, you just need to work on your posing

do a front lat spread in the mirror... just expand your chest, lean back - keeping your back arched, and push your shoulders out

once you get good at doing that for the front, put your back to the camera and do it again

Mabye your right. I never thought my lats were a weak point. Just the poses involving them. But even so I need to work on them. thanks for the input man.
