Let week I was horrible sick. THe kind of sick where you just cant move. I was also not hungry in anyway shape or form. So I would eat soup 3 times a day with a bunch of chicken in it trying toget some protein. I would mix a protein shake every now and again. Anyway I dropped like 12 pounds last week. So I am figuring thats a good start and I want to build off that. Am I about to be screwed the minute I go on my diet again? Even though it is clean is all that weight going to jump right back on?
