Well I have decided to start a journal. I have been lifting following the Baby Got Back routine for three weeks now. My frist week was a half ass attempt, my second was much better. Now this is my first real serious full week.
I have been out of the gym for 2.5 years now. I havent seriously trained though for more like 4-5 years. I am an Arborist so I get good strength gains there everyday.

I will call you BB if that is alright, lol...there is nothing to critique at all, looking forward to seeing your numbers rise but you'll draw ire if you're not persistent. Interesting that you are an Aborist, you handle lots of ground work/forestry??

If your gym allows chalk I'd opt for that instead of straps.
Good luck with your training!

Cocoa......I am the foreman of my crew but right now we are doing a lot of land clearing so I dont get up in the bucket much. I do tons of heavy lifting because its way quicker than getting the winch around it 9 times out of 10. I also do a ton of climbing which is an awesome back workout.....which is why my back is my strongest body part.
Mik......not sure on the chalk I will check.
I was sure you did land work, good deal - you're running things up there...nice leg work combined with triceps bro.
