2 Whole Eggs
2 Eggwhites
2 Whole Wheat toast
100% pure apricot spread (on toast, less then amount per serving but will use those figures anywho)
1/4cup of Shredded Mozz. Cheese

Calories: 446
Fat: 16g/6.5g saturated
Carbohydrates: 35g
Protein: 36g

Meal 2:
2 Carb Control EAS Ready to Drink (mmmm Mix vanilla with chocolate tastes goood!)

---Breakdown for meal two----

Calories: 220
Fat:8g
Carbohydrates: 4g
Protein:30g



sooo...what do you all think so far on this?

Try to make each meal around the same macros. Yours are waaay off.

Looks fine.

I'd lose the cheese tho and add some more eggs.
