Here is the link to my fitday, I haven't finished for today I am going to try to take in about 2500 for this week and see how it goes from there. Any suggestions?

looks good right now but I'll have to wait till you get the rest of your cals to see. It looks like you have about 1000cals left so that should be plenty to get hit all the macro's.

13th macros look good! (You know this, of course, but target the starchy carbs to the meal before and the meals after you lift...)

You got a lifting plan for your cut?

Oh, and eat more fibrous veggies - romaine, broccoli, green beans, celery...

looks good man! personally I feel the protein is a bit high. I like to get right around 150g CHO on lifting days, majority of which are around my workout. So if you drop the protein then that will leave room for the CHO.

HOLY COW!

What amazing progress.

How long did this take?

About a 1-2 years. I still got lots of room to bulk, but I want to shredded for the summer. So I'm thinking 2-3 months of cutting will certainly be enough.
Routine:
Monday: Lower
Tuesday: Upper
Friday: Upper
Saturday: Lower

AM Cardio will be implemented soon.

make sure you do HIIT instead of SS cardio. Thats also what my split looks like though I only take one day off.

I plan to do Hiit on the eleptical machine. I've never used any of the cardio equipment in my gym though, since I played basketball all of last semester.
