iv been eating like crazy and getting some pretty decent gains.

lol yeah i know that was in wrestling season... ill change that.. anyone know where i might be around now? im thinkin 8 or so..

also, going to get some front and side flex shots soon.

what school did you wrestle for? your upper body looks alright but you need some work in the legs.

Upper body looks solid add some weight to the legs and you'll be set, especially for your age.

i wrestled for Broughton in Raleigh, NC.

yeah i really started getting into deads about a month ago so i can tell my lower back is lagging some. yeah need some more leg work also. im trying to look equal everywhere. any more tips?

you look swole for your age..very good upper body frame, most noticeable in the front relax pose

thanks man, im gona try to get some front flex and arm flex pics up soon. also those pics were taken after a rather large meal so my stomach is stickin out a bit.
